Overview

DivToDesign ("the extension", "we", "our") is a Chrome browser extension developed by DivToDesign. This policy explains how we handle your data. In short: we don't collect any personal data.

Data We Store

DivToDesign stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Saved CSS Collections: CSS styles you explicitly choose to save. Stored in Chrome's local storage on your computer.
• License Key: If you purchase DivToDesign Pro, your license key is stored in Chrome's synced storage to enable Pro features across your devices.
• Preferences: Your settings (e.g., default copy format). Stored locally.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect any personal information (name, email, address).
• We do not track your browsing history or the websites you visit.
• We do not collect any analytics or usage telemetry.
• We do not sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties.
• We do not use cookies or tracking pixels.

External Services

DivToDesign makes one optional external request:

• License Validation (Pro users only): When you enter a license key, the extension sends a single request to our payment provider's API to verify your purchase. The only data sent is your license key string. This request is made at most once per 24 hours. No personal information is transmitted.

Permissions Explained

• activeTab: Required to inspect CSS of elements on the currently active page. Only activates when you click the extension icon — never runs in the background.
• storage: Required to save your collections and preferences locally on your device.
• scripting: Required to inject the CSS inspector overlay into web pages when you click Inspect.
• alarms: Used for periodic license key re-validation (Pro users only, every 24 hours).

Data Deletion

You can delete all stored data at any time by:

• Clicking "Clear All" in the Collections panel within the extension
• Uninstalling the extension (Chrome automatically deletes all associated data)

Children's Privacy

DivToDesign is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
