we'll
give you a full refund within 7 days of purchase. No questions asked.
Monthly Subscriptions
If you purchased a monthly subscription ($5/month):
- You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
- After 7 days, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your Pro features will remain active until
the end of your current billing period.
- We do not offer partial refunds for the remaining days of a billing cycle.
Yearly Subscriptions
If you purchased a yearly subscription ($49/year):
- You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
- After 7 days but within the first 30 days, we may offer a prorated refund at our discretion.
- After 30 days, you may cancel your subscription. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of
your annual billing period.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply email us at:

Please include:
- The email address used for purchase
- Your license key (found in the extension's Settings tab)
- Reason for refund (optional, but helps us improve)
We aim to process all refund requests within 2 business days.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your payment provider account. After cancellation:
- Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged again.
- Your saved collections and data remain accessible (the extension still works in free mode).
